Divine Word College of Laoag DWCL
The DWCL Alumni Kick-off pre-Diamond Jubilee celebration was a fun run that gathered more than 700 runners representing the alumni, students from all levels, faculty, personnel, administrators, industry partners and friends early morning of September 8, 2019 in commemoration of the Blessed Mother’s Birthday, the 144 years of the Society of the Divine Word, and the 73 years of the Divine Word College of Laoag. The motto “our name is our Mission” is what every runner carried to a 3k and 5k run. A Mass sponsored by the Graduate School with Rev. Gaudencio Pugat, SVD, VP for Finance as the officiating priest, was offered and the day’s celebration culminated with the NSTP students’s portayal of the beginnings of the Society of the Divine Word and the life of the Blessed Mother in a dance drama.
