Divine Word College of Laoag DWCL
In attendance to this forum held at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena are the Grade 12 students of Laoag City and Batac City. As conceived, the forum primarily was supplemental to pre- college career directions and paths responsive to the present human resource demands. VPEA Romana Bitancor was one of the invited speakers who spoke on Career Exploration and Readiness.
No less then the Governor of the Province, Hon. Matthew Marcos Manotoc delivered his inspiring message commending the speakers, the schools who participated, and the Ilocos Norte Provincial Employment Service Office for this laudable initiative.
