Divine Word College of Laoag DWCL
Reuniting the Arnoldus Family in a grand homecoming on February 16, 2020 , the DWCL HS Batch 1970 and the HSAL HS Batch 1970, paved the way to bringing back golden memories after half a century of years from the last moments they have set foot on ground in the portals of their schools, the Divine Word College of Laoag and Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag.
Their joint homecoming theme, “Divine Spirits Live On” was aptly made evident through the commemorative activities for the day in campus: Motorcade, a concelebrated thanksgiving mass with the President, Rev. Fr. Nerio Joseph Artienda, SVD and Director for Basic Education, Rev. Fr. Denny Lucas, SVD, Campus Tour, and a “Meet and Greet Brunch”.
The DWCL HS Batch 1970 who have come from many places to reconnect with their beloved Alma Mater.

At the end of the day, the adieus went with the note to be back for the school’s Diamond Jubilee celebration in 2021. The jubilarians simply made this homecoming episode a milestone.
