IN-HOUSE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON REPUBLIC ACT 10173 – DATA PRIVACY ACT

On January 23 and 24, 2020, all the faculty members including part-time, non-academic personnel and administrators attended the seminar-workshop on the provisions of the Data Privacy Act under Republic act 10173. The seminar aims to orient and inform all DWCL personnel on the provisions of the Data Privacy Act with the ultimate objective for the entire Institution to comply with the mandate of the said act. Resource speakers from the National Privacy Commission were Atty. Maria Frances Aira Sy and Mr. Cleo Martinez. The activities were held at the Learning Resource Center of the Divine Word College of Laoag.
